Requisition ID:

  • R026042

Job Description:

Your Mission

Raven Software is looking for a sharp, organized, and collaborative Producer to support our UI Engineering team as we build and support the user interface for Call of Duty: Warzone. This role is primarily embedded within a high-functioning engineering group that delivers UI across multiple game modes and systems within Warzone. You’ll work closely with Engineering Leads, UX, Design, and Production partners across multiple studios to help plan, prioritize, and execute both feature work and technical initiatives. Additionally, you’ll work across all departments to drive the execution of various Warzone features and modes.

You’re organized, reliable, and good at helping people stay on track, especially when things change quickly. You know how to spot and clear blockers, keep priorities in focus, and support the team in getting quality work done without losing momentum.

This role is a hybrid onsite work position, and the home studio for this role is in Middleton, WI.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with UI Engineering leadership to manage short- and long-term planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking.
  • Own and maintain JIRA workflows, bug triage systems, and dashboards specific to UI Engineering.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to drive multiple features through all phases of production.
  • Build and maintain feature roadmaps and Jira dashboards for a comprehensive view of where all features are in development.
  • Help manage the intake and prioritization of LiveOps support requests, bugs, and tech debt. Stay responsive to shifting priorities from UI Engineering leads and pivot focus based on highest-need tasks.
  • Facilitate consistent touch points with your feature teams to capture key updates and surface blockers.
  • Work with Senior & Lead Production to ensure features are properly resourced and managed against other priorities.
  • Work alongside the Production team to identify and improve production workflows, tooling, and processes.
  • Bring a positive attitude to a stressful environment acting as line of defense for your teams to block out the noise.

Player Profile:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in game development.
  • Proficient understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience managing JIRA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that are effective in coordinating with cross-studio stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work with external partners teams in a collaborative and iterative environment.
  • Ability to work pro-actively to identify and bring solutions to resourcing gaps, needed testing coverage, and delivery risks.
  • Familiarity with Live Service development to remain flexible as new needs are surfaced to the project.

Extra Points:

  • Experience working with multiple game teams or studios simultaneously.
  • Background working closely with UI engineering and/or design teams.
  • Familiarity with Lua code and callstacks for better engineering support.
  • Knowledge of Perforce or other source control tools.
  • Familiarity with build pipelines for downloading builds to self review features.
  • Extensive knowledge on the Call of Duty Warzone Product.
