Senior Game Designer

Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Senior Game Designer to join our team in Katowice.

Currently, we're employing over 180 specialists in our studio in Katowice and we are very open to new talented developers willing to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to core gameplay development
• Work with production to assist, and provide feedback to plans and schedules
• Responsibility for larger areas of game design within the project
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Introduce feedback for general game improvement
• Suggest features or updates to solve problems and enhance player experience
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Analyze user testing and recommend design solutions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as Game Designer
• Credited as a designer in at least 2 commercial video games
• Experience in Unreal Engine 5
• Experience with scripting languages
• Experience working on core gameplay
• Ability to create short, concise game design documents
• Understand market and gaming trends
• Experience fine-tuning game balance
• Excellent ability to organize and structure own work
• Intermediate English (C1 level)

Pluses:

• Experience with UI/UX designs
• Experience with supervising a game design team

Salary:

• 11.000-16.500 zł/ month on B2B contract (appropriately adjusted in the case of an employment contract)
