Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Support Specialist or a related position
- Independent problem solving skills
- Ability to estimate work time and efficiency
- Ability to organize work
- Communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Very good ability to use the Zendesk platform
- Knowledge of the game industry and terminology used by mobile game players
- Knowledge of procedures for responding to the most common bugs reported by users
Responsibilities:
- Responding to player issues using the Zendesk platform
- Preparing regular reports on work
- Preparing FAQs for games in cooperation with PMs
- Constant cooperation with other departments of the company
