  • Reporting: Track and report key metrics for community growth and engagement, and implement appropriate improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Community Growth & Outreach: Proven ability to create and execute initiatives that inspire gamers to join a dedicated, core community; experience collaborating with PR, Brand, and Social teams.
  • Dedicated Community Management: Deep experience running private, highly engaged communities; comfortable managing Discord, writing community updates, creating touchpoints, moderating discussions, and maintaining a welcoming space.
  • PC Games Expertise: Passion for gaming history, nostalgia for classic titles, and appreciation for their cultural significance; ability to convey GOG's preservation mission authentically.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with native-level proficiency in English.
