Opis stanowiska

Introduction:

At Huuuge Games, we build top-grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social experiences.

Become part of an exciting new chapter as we expand beyond social casino and enter the iGaming space through strategic acquisitions and long-term investments. We are building the foundations of a new vertical that will shape the future growth of the company.

We’re looking for a Corporate Development Sr Associate, a highly analytical, ownership-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution. In this role, you will work closely with our Global management team on high impact, high visibility initiatives, evaluating acquisition opportunities, shaping investment decisions, and helping scale an iGaming powerhouse from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to combine the pace and entrepreneurial energy of gaming with the rigor of a global public company.

How will you make an impact with us?

  • Lead financial analysis and valuation of acquisition targets, assessing long term value creation and strategic fit.
  • Develop advanced, cohort based LTV models, analyzing retention, monetization, and sustainability of player driven businesses.
  • Own and coordinate due diligence processes, managing data rooms and working closely with Legal, Financial, Tax, and Compliance advisors.
  • Support identifying and quantifying revenue and cost synergies between Huuuge’s portfolio and potential targets.
  • Support deal structuring, including earnouts and incentive mechanisms that balance risk and alignment.
  • Conduct strategic market and competitive research to evaluate positioning, scalability, and regulatory exposure of targets.
  • Act as the central project lead across functions, ensuring timelines, milestones, and stakeholders stay aligned throughout the deal cycle.
  • Translate complex financial and strategic insights into clear, decision ready materials for senior leadership and investors.

Job requirements:

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Transaction Services, or Investment Banking.
  • Hands-on experience with mid market deals, ideally in Gaming, Entertainment or Tech.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to build valuation frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience managing due diligence processes and working with external advisors.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence communicating complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, ownership driven mindset and comfort working in fast paced, ambiguous environments.

Surprise us with:

  • Practical knowledge of iGaming or gaming KPIs (GGR, NGR, FTDs, Retention, ROAS, LTV).
  • Experience evaluating regulated markets and understanding licensing or compliance risks.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or FMVA.
  • A strong point of view on how to assess long-term sustainability of player-driven businesses.
  • Passion for gaming and building new ventures from the ground up.
