Opis stanowiska

iLogos Game Studios provides solutions for mobile game developers no matter how challenging the project or task is. We’ve been around since 2006 and in that time frame, we have successfully completed 400+ projects and have become a partner of choice for EA, Sony, Disney, Rovio, Ubisoft, and many other companies.

What we offer:

  • Make your personal contribution to the games millions of people are playing;
  • Develop yourself professionally in an atmosphere of trust and support;
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world on your own schedule;
  • Get your support from teammates and the company.

We are looking for a Slot Game Designer to join our team on a part-time basis and contribute to the development of high-quality, market-relevant slot products.

This role is focused on product-driven slot development - not just feature design, but understanding player behavior, retention mechanics, monetization logic, and competitive positioning in the iGaming market.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in product-based slot game development.
  • Proven experience working on recognized, market-relevant slot titles.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Slot core loops
    • Bonus systems
    • Player psychology
    • Retention mechanics
    • Volatility and engagement balance
  • Ability to think from a product perspective, not just a feature perspective.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Structured thinking and strong documentation skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with crash or other iGaming mechanics.
  • Familiarity with slot math and RTP modeling.
  • Experience in live-ops improvements and post-launch balancing.

What the role is about:

  • Design slot game concepts from idea to release.
  • Develop core mechanics, bonus features, progression systems, and engagement loops.
  • Define game math in collaboration with mathematicians (RTP structure, volatility, feature frequency, balance logic).
  • Write clear and structured Game Design Documents (GDDs).
  • Work closely with art, animation, and development teams to ensure the product vision is properly implemented.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to ensure the product is relevant and competitive.
  • Support live iterations and improvements based on performance data.

Working conditions:

  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world.
  • Part-time collaboration.
  • Flexible working hours.
