We are looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager with a strong background in iGaming and slot games - a senior, hands-on technical and processes leader who can scale delivery across complex gambling and mobile projects.
This role is responsible for building, standardizing, and scaling delivery and technical processes across all production directions, including:
- Gambling / iGaming projects (slots, crash, instant-win)
- Mobile Gaming
- Playables & Playable Ads
- Web / Instant Games
The Lead Delivery Manager will design and establish processes, then delegate operational ownership to Direction Leads, while continuing to control, synchronize, and evolve those processes at the company level.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in game development or interactive product development.
- 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, CTO-like roles).
- Hands-on experience with Unity (mandatory) and slot/iGaming production pipelines.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and multiple production directions simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RNG, RTP, pay tables, and regulatory constraints.
- Strong system-thinking mindset: ability to design processes, not just features.
- Experience with cross-platform development (mobile, web, instant games).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with playable ads pipelines and strict size/performance constraints.
- Background in online casino platforms and live iGaming releases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and build automation for games.
- Experience scaling teams from early-stage to production maturity.
- Strong analytical skills (delivery metrics, technical debt management).
What the role is about:
Delivery & Process Ownership
- Design, implement, and continuously improve delivery pipelines across all production directions.
- Establish unified engineering standards (architecture, coding, performance, QA, release flows).
- Define cross-team processes: planning, estimation, milestones, risk management, and retrospectives.
- Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple parallel projects, including live slot/iGaming products.
Technical Leadership
- Own the overall technical landscape of the company.
- Make high-level architectural and technology decisions.
- Validate and approve technical solutions proposed by Direction Leads.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and technical consistency across products.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early.
Direction & Team Synchronization
- Work closely with Direction Leads (Gambling/iGaming, Mobile, Playables, Instant, etc.).
- Delegate operational control after processes are established.
- Synchronize teams to avoid silos, duplicated solutions, and technical drift.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical or delivery issues.
People & Leadership
- Mentor Direction Leads.
- Participate in hiring decisions for senior technical roles.
- Help grow technical maturity and leadership inside teams.
- Promote ownership, accountability, and engineering culture.
Quality & Performance Control
- Define KPIs for delivery quality, velocity, and stability.
- Monitor adherence to processes and standards.
- Continuously optimize workflows based on real project data.
