Senior Producer

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating product milestones and providing regular, concise feedback to the development teams
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Reporting project progress and identified risks to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth communication between external partners, development teams, and internal stakeholders
- Overseeing project production pipelines across all stages of development
- Evaluating and providing feedback on milestone and production plans
- Budgeting and interfacing with external vendors, in accordance with project contracts
- Planning across teams to ensure smooth task flow
- Working closely with external development team in preparing the project for release
- Sharing experience and know-how to guide development teams through the production process
- Taking an active part in the business-development endeavours
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working in video game production in AA / Premium Indie project from concept to release
- Proven understanding of publishing pipelines and procedures, especially regarding 1st party platforms
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams during the game development cycle
- Ability to work within set budget
- Knowledge of the video game market – familiar with latest trends, releases and events
- Knowledge of Kanban, Agile, and other development frameworks
- Great familiarity with Jira or other project management tools
- Experience with defining and upholding internal processes and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English skills
