We’re growing our commercial team and looking for a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in the mobile game development ecosystem and an existing network in the industry. This role is a good fit for a specialist who understands how outsourcing works, knows the mobile games market, and is comfortable owning deals from first contact to closing.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within mobile game development or game outsourcing.
  • Practical understanding of the mobile games market (key genres, production pipelines, and development challenges).
  • Existing network or established connections within the mobile game industry.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, communication, negotiation, and closing.
  • Confident spoken and written English.
  • Self-organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal production teams.

What the role is about:

  • Handle inbound and outbound business development opportunities from first contact to deal closure.
  • Work with your existing network and company lead sources to generate new opportunities.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with production, presales, and management teams to prepare proposals.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline to meet agreed business targets.
  • Represent iLogos on calls and meetings with clients, including decision-makers.
  • Build long-term relationships with mobile game studios and publishers.
